Perkifi, Inc. ("Perkifi," "we," "us," or "our") collects as little personal information as possible to run our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy applies to perkifi.ai, the Perkifi web application, our AI agents (including the Influencer Risk Agent, Brand Safety Agent, and Omnichannel Intelligence Agent), our Creator AI Hub, and any related services (together, the "Services").

Business customers. When a brand, agency, or talent manager (a "Customer") uses Perkifi, the Customer decides which creators to analyze and why. For that activity, the Customer is the controller of the data and Perkifi acts as its service provider or processor, under our agreement with that Customer.
We collect only what we need to provide the Services. We do not store sensitive personal information, government IDs, or payment card numbers.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name (for business users), and login credentials. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Perkifi does not receive or store your full card number. We keep only billing records such as plan, invoice history, and the last four digits of the card.
Content you submit. This includes creator handles, profile links, prompts, uploaded files, and settings you give our AI agents to run an analysis.
Publicly available social media data. To run vetting, risk, and trend analyses, our agents review publicly available information on social platforms, such as public posts, captions, engagement metrics, and follower counts. We access this data through official platform APIs or other lawful means. We do not access private messages, private accounts, or content behind a login.
Analysis outputs. Agents generate reports, scores, media kits, and summaries. These are saved to your account so you can view them.
Usage and device data. We collect basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, feature usage, and IP address, used for security and to improve the product.
What we do not collect. Perkifi does not collect biometric data, precise geolocation, health information, or data from children. We do not build profiles that infer sensitive traits such as race, religion, health, sexual orientation, or political views.
We use information to:
Perkifi's AI agents analyze public content and the inputs you provide to produce risk scores, brand safety assessments, trend insights, and media kits.
Third-party AI models. Our agents use large language models provided by third-party AI providers. Inputs are sent to these providers only to generate your results. Under our agreements with them, providers may not use your data to train their models.
No training on your data. Perkifi does not use your account data, uploaded files, or analysis outputs to train AI models.
Accuracy. AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors. Reports are decision-support tools, not final judgments. Customers should apply human review before making partnership, hiring, or contract decisions based on them.
No solely automated decisions with legal effect. Perkifi does not make decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement. Creators may request a human review of any report about them by contacting privacy@perkifi.ai.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these cases:

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Analysis inputs and outputs are kept in your account until you delete them or close your account. Public social data pulled for an analysis is used to generate that report and is not kept as a separate database of creator profiles. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within a further 90 days. We may keep limited records longer where the law requires, such as billing and tax records.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and restricted internal access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any regulators as required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, the EU, and the UK, you may have the right to:
To make a request, submit our Privacy Request Form or email privacy@perkifi.ai. We will respond within the time required by law, usually 30 to 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
Creators. If you are a creator whose public content was analyzed by a Perkifi Customer, you can contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request deletion. Where we process data on behalf of a Customer, we may forward your request to that Customer.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and keep the platform secure. We also use analytics tools to understand how the product is used. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
The Services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Perkifi is based in the United States and processes data in the U.S. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to the U.S. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
The Services connect with third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the product before they take effect. The "Last Updated" date shows when this policy last changed.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Perkifi, Inc. ("Perkifi," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of perkifi.ai, the Perkifi platform, our AI agents, the Creator AI Hub, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes that company. If a signed order form or master services agreement exists between Perkifi and your company, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for business and professional use by creators, brands, agencies, and talent managers.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@perkifi.ai if you believe your account has been compromised. Business accounts may add authorized users, and the business is responsible for their actions.
Plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as shown at checkout or in your order form. Plans may include a set number of agent runs, with overage charged at the posted rate.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.
Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply at your next renewal.
Taxes. Prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes.
Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel self-serve plans anytime in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Business plans with order forms follow the cancellation and payment terms in that order form.
Late payment. If payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is paid.

You own the content you submit to the Services ("Your Content"), including prompts, uploads, and settings. You grant Perkifi a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide and support the Services. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. You are responsible for having the rights and any required notices or consents for Your Content. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data that does not identify you or any individual to operate and improve the Services.
Outputs are yours to use. Subject to these Terms, you may use reports, scores, media kits, and other outputs ("Outputs") for your internal business purposes.
No guarantee of accuracy. Outputs are generated by AI systems using publicly available data and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Outputs are informational and are not legal, financial, or professional advice. Similar inputs may produce different Outputs.
Human review required. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on Outputs, including whether to partner with, hire, sign, or decline any creator or brand. You should independently verify important information before relying on it.
Third-party data. Outputs rely on data from third-party platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes to that data.
Perkifi and its licensors own the Services, including our software, AI agents, agent architecture, models, prompts, designs, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
The Services connect with third-party platforms and tools, including social networks, AI model providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Services ends. You may export your Outputs before closing your account. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) survive termination.
THE SERVICES AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERKIFI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERKIFI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES. PERKIFI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PERKIFI IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend and indemnify Perkifi and its officers, employees, and agents against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of Outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give notice by email or in the product at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order form, are the entire agreement between you and Perkifi about the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
